Aaron is a strong believer in effective marketing, thinking outside of the box, personal service, attention to detail, and most importantly, hard work. He is available for his clients 24/7. Aaron went to the University of Illinois in Champaign where he majored in Food Science. While there, he began working for a successful property management company where he leased apartments to students and helped in rehabbing old homes. Aaron shifted his focus and never looked back. He joined Jennifer Mills and her boutique brokerage, Home Discovery Inc., in 2000. In January of 2018, the team made the move to Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. The cutting-edge technology and international marketing exposure of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty compliment Aaron’s extensive local expertise and outstanding reputation.

Aaron is now a resident of Glenview along with his wife and three children. He is active in the Glenview community including Glenview’s Leadership Committee, Kiwanis Glenview-Northbrook, Glenview’s Chamber of Commerce, Glenview Education Foundation, and Youth Baseball. Mary started her career in real estate after attending the University of Kansas where she graduated with a major in communications and a minor in psychology. Her first year in real estate resulted in her being awarded the “Rising Star Award,” and she was named Rookie of the Year at her company in Chicago Agent Magazine. In 2016, Mary joined the Home Discovery Team, which has consistently been in the Top 1% of brokers within Chicagoland and were Top 10 in Illinois in 2017 eclipsing $96 million in sales.

In 2017, The Home Discovery Team chose to affiliate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Mary grew up in Glenview and currently lives in Bucktown. When Mary is not helping her clients with their real estate needs, she loves to travel and spends lots of time outside, especially walking Chicago’s lake front path. She enjoys being with family and friends, yoga, and of course cheering on her Kansas Jayhawks!

Leslie Head Shot 2018


Leslie was born and raised in Glenview, a North Shore suburb of Chicago. Her father was a real estate broker and residential home builder while her mother stayed at home caring for Leslie and her six siblings.  Leslie being the fourth of seven children, honed her expert negotiation skills very early in life. Growing up, Leslie acquired an innate appreciation for and knowledge of architecture and construction having always lived in one of the homes her father built.

Leslie spent two years at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale majoring in Music before transferring to San Francisco State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television Communications.  She spent 20 years in advertising and marketing producing radio and television commercials with an emphasis in special effects. Leslie serviced clients such as the United States Post Office, Sea World, Ohio Art, Budweiser, Corona, and Wrigley Gum.

After Leslie’s son was born, she wanted a career that kept her closer to home. With real estate in her blood, it only made sense for her to become a Realtor in 1996 joining her mother, father, sister, brother and nephew in the “family trade”.

Leslie parlayed the experience she gained in managing multi-million-dollar advertising clients with her extensive knowledge of the North Shore and home building into a successful real estate career. She’s uniquely qualified providing an expertise in negotiation, impeccable attention to detail, knowledge of construction, and the sensitivity and empathy required to manage the personal aspect of real estate transactions. After 22 years on her own, she recently joined The Home Discovery Team to further enhance her business by giving her more resources and ability to help clients throughout Chicago and its suburbs. The Home Discovery Team has consistently been in the Top 1% of brokers within Chicagoland and were Top 15 in sales volume in all of Illinois in 2017 eclipsing $96 million in total sales.

Mary grew up in Winnetka where she was second of four children. Real estate runs in her blood as her mother, Uncle and Great Uncle were all brokers. Mary attended New Trier High School where she was a member of the Varsity swim team. She developed her strong work ethic at an early age through competitive swimming to which she uses today in her craft.

Mary graduated from DePauw University where she majored in Communications and minored in Sociology. During her junior year, she studied abroad in Athens, Greece. After college, Mary lived in New York City where she worked at Hachette Filipacchi Publications as a graphic designer. While in New York, she developed a fondness for architecture and home design. As much as Mary loved the vibrancy and work ethics of the big apple, her Chicago roots were calling her back home.

After starting a family, Mary and her husband moved to Glenview. Shortly after, she decided to switch gears and start working in the real estate industry. Mary wanted to use her love of helping others in her every day work.  Mary’s affection for architecture and background in design coupled with her communications degree and hard work ethics has given her the skills necessary to help clients both buy and sell. Mary has over 9 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mary and her husband, Dave, currently live in downtown Glenview with their sons and a house full of pets.  When not working, she enjoys swimming laps at Roosevelt pool, running, biking the local trails with her family as well as walking her dog, Ruby. She is an active member of the Glenview Community Church and the PTA.  Her first hand knowledge of the North Shore and its offerings is something she strives to use in helping her clients find or sell their home.
